In order to meet the needs of our on-line customers we offer a refund on all
regularly stocked merchandise. Please note that there will be a 15% restocking
charge on all returned merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or
style, we recommend you purchase a sham, wash cloth, or napkin as a sample to
ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.
All returns must be accompanied with an RA #. Please call 1-877-524-6665 to
obtain this number.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and accompanied by a
copy of your sales receipt. Please return items in new and unused condition,
as we cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been
used. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped ; including
all tags and product inserts. Lagoon Linens reserves the right to inspect and
return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned
under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the restocking

Special order items are often manufactured per order and will require additional time to ship. Special order items will require a partial payment before they are ordered.
We specialize in the finest linens and gifts. Occasionally they are not available without delay. If your order, or a portion of it, is backordered, we will inform you promptly so that you may decide to hold your order until all items are available, or cancel your order. You will not be charged for any stocked items until they are shipped.
